We work collaboratively with law enforcement, government bodies, and civil society organizations to provide unwavering support to survivors and ensure perpetrators are held accountable.

Role Overview

Arz is seeking a dynamic and committed Senior Programme Manager to lead anti-trafficking programs. This role is ideal for fresh postgraduates who are eager to take on strategic and field-level leadership in a complex and meaningful issue area. The role combines hands-on implementation with responsibilities in monitoring, documentation, coordination, and team capacity building.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Implementation & Coordination
  • Lead and support implementation of anti-trafficking programs with team and partners.
  • Engage on ground with team members, legal support teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely, survivor-centred support including psychosocial care and follow-ups.
  • Supervise field staff and manage sensitive cases with ethical discretion.
• Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Design and implement monitoring tools to track progress.
  • Conduct regular field visits and reviews for quality assurance.
  • Ensure timely deliverables as per standards.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Document case studies, field learnings, and impact stories.
  • Assist with grant proposals and donor communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field.
• Excellent writing, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Konkani, Hindi, Marathi, or Bengali is an advantage.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication.
• Commitment to gender equity and survivor-first principles.

Remuneration

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month commensurate with experience and qualifications as per Arz’s compensation framework.
