VOICE is a dedicated resource centre by Arz for research, documentation, publication, and the creation of short films and audio-visual aids on anti-trafficking and related issues. It was launched to investigate the reasons behind the spread of commercial sexual exploitation from Baina to other parts of Goa before initiating intervention programs.

Arz documents the phenomenon of commercial sexual exploitation prevailing in Goa to sensitize various stakeholders. By thoroughly studying and documenting these issues, VOICE aims to provide a solid foundation of knowledge that can inform effective intervention strategies and policies.
