Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the profitability and sustainability of WISH as a social enterprise.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production and delivery of services/products.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the reach and revenue of WISH.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability while maintaining the social mission.
• Regularly review and improve workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship or related field.
