Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to victims of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assess and monitor the emotional and psychological well-being of clients.
• Develop rehabilitation plans and support survivors in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Counseling.
• Experience in counseling survivors of trauma is preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and handle sensitive situations.
