About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Senior Programme Manager to lead WISH operations, with a strong focus on marketing and sales. The role combines business strategy with social impact, supporting survivors in their journey to rebuild their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Sales (Primary Focus):
  • Design and implement a marketing strategy for all WISH offerings.
  • Build B2B and B2C networks and represent WISH in events.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitoring & Supervision:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth production.
  • Supervise unit heads and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain sales, inventory, and staff performance records.
  • Generate reports and share success stories.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Mentor a team that includes survivors of trafficking.
  • Promote an empowering and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing and program management, preferably in a social enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools.
• Experience working with vulnerable groups is a plus.

Remuneration:
